April 2016 Monitoring-Analytical Results
In accordance with the Cargill,Fayetteville facility's Stormwater Discharge Permit
NCG060000,Part III, Section E, Cargill is submitting a Discharge Monitoring Report for
monitoring conducted in March 2016. Monthly monitoring is required for the Fayetteville
facility as per the Tiered program requirements in Part II, Section B of the facility permit for
FV-002.
For the monthly sample period monitoring,a sample was taken on April 7,2016 for
FV-002.
The analytical results with associated parameters for this monthly(FV-002)monitoring are
included in the table below.

Given the elevated results,the plant has stepped up housekeeping efforts around the affected
outfall,installed temporary hay bales before the discharge points.Additional temporary help
has been hired to enhance housekeeping efforts.
