with National Pollution Discharge Elimination System (NPDES)general permit,with certificate of coverage
number NCG200463,is submitting two copies of our July 2016 Discharge Monitoring Report(DMR). There
was either no appreciable flow or unsafe conditions during the month of July 2016.
Keywell Metals will continue with tiered analytical monitoring for Cu, and Zn as well as a conducting a
comprehensive monitoring event during the second half of 2016 as qualifying rain events allow. If you have
