Council Tool Company has however failed to submit samples to the Division of Water Quality since that time until July 15,2016 for year 4 period 1. Council Tool Company has had no significant spills at our facility since the inception of our current permit.Council Tool Company currently has in place a Storm Water Prevention Plan, Housekeeping and Preventive Maintenance Procedures,Spill Prevention&Response Plan,a Pollution Prevention Team, Best Management Practices,Qualitative Monitoring and ongoing Employee Training. To prevent any future non compliance issues of our General Permit No. NCG030000 Council Tool Company has partnered with TBL Laboratory of Lumberton NC who will notify us 30 days prior to the next submittal of storm water samples which will be for year 4 Period 2 Sample 8 July 1,2016 through December 31,2016.Council Tool Company also has in place an internal reminder set on our outlook calendar for both Analytical and Qualitative Monitoring requirements. Enclosed you will find signed copies of the results from the recently submitted storm water samples too our independent laboratory TBL of Lumberton, N.C. I have also been in contact with Steve Pusey of the Division of Water Quality in Wilmington NC who advised me in this matter and has been very helpful.
