RE: STORMWATER DISCHARGE OUTFALL ANALYSIS AND LAB RESULTS
To Whom It May Concern—
During the month of June 2016, a grab sample was collected for the GKN
Driveline Roxboro Facility (General Permit NCG030000, Certificate of Coverage
NCG030429) during a measureable storm event. Some of the grab samples
demonstrate exceedances in Zinc and Copper.
A grab sample could not be collected from Headwall #5 location due to lack of
discharge. Maintenance has been schedule on this location to ensure there is no
blockage to the drainage line.
