Dear Mr. Bennett:
In accordance with permit# NCG060000, Certificate of Coverage # NCG060173, see
enclosed results for Storm water discharge 001 taken on 8/2/2016. The 002 South
Storm Water containment pond remains far below discharge level. For this reason there
were no samples collected from outfall 002 the month of August. Any additional rain that
fell would have been at night, or weekends which would have made access to the storm
water sampling locations a safety hazard for plant staff.
