The Washington Regional Office has conducted a review of the City of Washington's 2014
Pretreatment Annual Report (PAR). The review indicates that the PAR is in good order and satisfies
the requirements of 15A NCAC 2H .0908(b) and the Comprehensive Guidance for North Carolina
Pretreatment Programs. The next PAR will be due March 1,2016.
