A 0.005 facility with 5000 gallon septic tank, distribution boa (siphon bell removed) with
filter (accessible via manhole), sand filter with 4" diameter perforated PVC laterals, tablet
chlorine disinfection, chlorine dissipation pond, tablet dechlorination, effluent gravity
outfall.
