Chad,
have a shoreline app here for the above to remove sediment from boat slip area. I
tried to search in BIMS but I can't tell if I should give it a new number or version it to
something already in there. Which would you like me to do with it?
Thanks

Chad,
Attached is an application for a 401 Oversight to obtain permission to remove sediment that has backed
up in the back of a cove in which Woodrun has community piers. Eric Rouse with Duke Energy has been
working with us on this dredge and is in full compliance. As stated on the permit, the dredge area is
approx. 80 ft X 70 ft. The amount of sediment to be removed is approx. 2 ft. deep throughout the
proposed impact zone. This dredge is for the sole purpose of replacing adequate water level to allow
safe boat travel for the residents that rent these slips from the Woodrun development.
All sediment removed will be relocated to an approved dumpsite owned and maintained by the
Woodrun maintenance department. Please contact me when you receive this as we are running close to
the deadline for the spawn season.
Thank you,
Robert Gallagher
