Enclosed is a copy of the laboratory results for the effluent samples collected during the
Compliance Sampling Inspection performed at the subject facility on September 20, 2016 by Ori
Tuvia. The sampling results revealed that the facility complied with all applicable effluent.
permit limits (see attached results). Please inform the facility's Operator -in -Responsible. Charge
(ORC) of our findings by forwarding a copy of the enclosed report.
