Adam,
Our Central Office said that if I'm comfortable with a cover letter and a new drawing (include any new specs if
necessary) they'll accept that. They strongly recommend that in the cover letter you clearly state that "per
discussion with Sue Homewood, we are submitted this cover letter and drawings for a modification approval".
That will remind them not to return it as incomplete. If you could, please also change the stream impact table and
resend just that page of the PCN form. The new agent authorization letter to show the new land owner will be
fine.

"after the fact' permit modification (including appropriate fee) is applied for and received as soon
