Compliance Sampling Inspection performed at the subject facility on October 12, 2016 by Ori
Tuvia. The sampling results revealed that the facility complied with all applicable effluent
permit limits (see attached results). Please inform the facility's Operator -in -Responsible Charge
(ORC) of our findings by forwarding a copy of the enclosed report.
