Discharge Monitoring Report
To Whom It May Concern:
Attached please find Procter and Gamble's submission of its Semi-Annual Storm Water
Discharge Monitoring Report (no flow) for reporting period ending June 30, 2016.
Unfortunately, no stormwater sample was able to be collected for the reporting period. I plan
to obtain a sample during the July—September timeframe for the current reporting period and
promptly submit those results to your office.
While preparing the submission for reporting period ending June 30, 2016, I also realized that I
inadvertently failed to submit the discharge monitoring report and analytical monitoring results
for the last reporting period (ending December 31, 2015). The site did not measure rain fall for
this event. The history for Greensboro Piedmont Triad International Airport recorded a rain fall
event of 0.96 inches for September 29, 2015. Please find report and analytics attached. Note
that all parameters are below benchmarks.
