On April 28, 2015, this office received a response to the above referenced Notice of Deficiency
(NOD). The NOD was issued for not monitoring MTBE during the third quarter of 2014 (July to
September) at Outfall 006. Based on the amended September 2014 DMRs received on April 28,
2015, this office is rescinding the above referenced Notice of Deficiency. If you have questions
