On April 28, 2015, this office received a response to the above referenced Notice of Deficiency
(NOD). The NOD was issued for not monitoring MTBE during the second quarter of 2014 (April to
June) at Outfall 006. Based on the amended June 2014 DMRs received on April 28, 2015, this office
