Enclosed with this letter are the results of the water quality sampling. For S-24 the laboratory results do not indicate that the water is influenced by coal combustion residuals. For S-23 the boron result, when compared to background levels, suggests that the water is influenced by coal combustion residuals, however, the exact source is unknown.
