Please include this supplemental information with the previous package for your review. The areas of wetness in the table below were discovered since the last permit application update and were sampled, where determined necessary and possible, in accordance with the Riverbend Plan for Identification of New Discharges (May 8, 2015 version). AOW ID Location Coordinates Description Latitude Longitude Located approximately 100'south of S-08. Standing water is present for the majority of the year. It is similar to S-8 in that S-08B 35.17816 -81.006517 the rip rap blanket drains into the perimeter ditch and then into a culvert that empties into the Catawba River. Located in the vicinity of existing French drain installed in late 5-10 2011 at the toe of Cell 1. The area is about 10 feet by 10 feet and (French 35.18055 -81.01354 contains standing water. No active flow was observed except Drain) for that flowing from the French drain.The French drain empties into the drainage system of stormwater outfall SW015. Attached are the analytical data for these areas of wetness as well as a map that indicates the locations of these areas of wetness.
