A review of the July 2015 Discharge Monitoring Report (DMR) for the subject facility revealed the violation(s)
indicated below:

There was a separate violation for TSS with a result of <83.33 mg/L on 07/02/15 which does not demonstrate
compliance with your NPDES permit.
Email correspondence between Jason Smith of the Water Sciences/ Laboratory Certification Branch and Davis
James/ Lab Supervisor of James & James Environmental indicates clarification that these issues for high "less than"
results are being resolved.
Remedial actions, if not already implemented, should be taken to correct any noted problems. The Division of
Water Resources may pursue enforcement actions for this and any additional violations.
