On April 10, 2015, this office received a response to the above referenced Notice of Deficiency
(NOD). The NOD was issued for not monitoring and reporting 2,4,6-trichlorophenol, 2-butanone,
acetone, acetophenone, o-cresol, p-cresol, and pyridine once in 2014 with units of measure of
lbs/day. Based upon the revised annual monitoring and pollutant scan received on April 10, 2015,
this office is rescinding the above referenced Notice of Deficiency. If you have questions concerning
