The surface water pollution prevention system consists of the following: • Truck loading-rack drains (drains to oil/water separator) • Oil/water separator • Waste holding tank (with optional pump-out for offsite disposal) • Stormwater gravity drains to dike containment areas (secondary containment for ASTs).
