Enclosed with this letter are the results of the water quality sampling. The boron result suggests that the water is influenced by coal combustion residuals, however, the exact source is unknown. The water of this AOW emerges from under the sluice lines, flows along the sluice lines, and enters a gully whose water flows into Roxboro's heated water mixing zone north of the ash basin.
