Dear Mr. Hollingsworth:
Division personnel have reviewed and approved your request to transfer ownership of the subject permit,
received on June 28,2004. This permit modification documents the change in ownership.
Hollingsworth should be aware that the current permit is designed for the treatment of non-contact cooling
water, sanitary wastewater, and boiler blow-down. At the time of the previous application there were no operations in
place for treatment of textile wastewater. If the facility plans to re-start industrial operations,a modified permit
application must be submitted describing the operations. Please contact Susan Wilson of the Point Source Branch
and/or David Russell at the Division's Regional Office at(336) 771-4600.
Please find enclosed the revised permit. All other terms and conditions contained in the original permit remain
unchanged and in full effect. This permit modification is issued under the requirements of North Carolina General
Statutes 143-215.1 and the Memorandum of Agreement between North Carolina and the U.S.Environmental
Protection Agency.
If you have any questions concerning this permit modification, please contact the Point Source Branch at(919)
