Dear Mr. Dillon:
The Point Source Branch received your general permit renewal application and your check (#663128)
for $250.00 on May 24, 2002.
Effective January 1, 1999, there were changes to the fees associated with permits issued and
administered by the North Carolina Division of Water Quality (DWQ). Facilities with NPDES permit
coverage have had their fee changed from a one-time application fee to an annual fee. Therefore, no
fees are required for this permit renewal request. I am returning the check you submitted with the
permit renewal application. We will process the permit application. Our agency will bill you later for the
annual operating fee of $50.
If you have any questions concerning this matter, please contact me at (919) 733-5083, extension
520.
Sincerely,
CkALLA-
