V. Sutton Energy Complex NC0001422 Dear Mr. Chernikov, On 18 November 2015, SynTerra, a contractor working for Duke Energy, conducted a seep inspection at L. V. Sutton Energy Complex in accordance with Appendix A of the RiverbendPlan for Identification of New Discharges. Also, on 3 February 2016, SynTerra conducted another seep inspection at L. V. Sutton Energy Complex in accordance with the Plan for Identification of New Discharges included as Appendix A of NPDES Permit #NC0001422. No new seeps were discovered during either of these seep inspections.
