Discharge consists of stormwater collected in one (1) diked, bermed secondary-
' containment area, drained by gravity to a catchment basin through piping equipped with
discharge control valves. One (1) oil/water separator installed below the transmix unit
pad draining to the catchment basin, and one (1) oil/water separator below the loading
rack area draining to the catchment basin. Catchment basin discharges by pumping to
dry ditch, which drains to an unnamed tributary to the East Fork of the Deep River.
