Dear Sirs:
We would like to renew our permit for Capt. Charlie's Inc.for the existing limits we have on our previous
permit. The application is filled out to the best of my knowledge because all of our records were
destroyed during hurricane Isabel. We have still yet to open our plant back up in Engelhard but we
would still like to renew the permit in case we decide to reopen in the future. Thank you very much and
