On September 7, 2016, the Division issued a Notice of Violation (NOV) against Textron Inc. The NOV
was based upon a violation of the reporting requirement by failing to file the June 2016 Discharge
Monitoring Report (DMR) with the Division within the thirty (30) day reporting period. Subsequent to
your receipt of the NOV, Chris Mason with AECOM, contacted the Division indicating that the June
2016 DMR was mailed in July 2016. The DMR was mistakenly sent to 1621 Mail Service Center, the
address for the Aquatic Toxicology Branch, instead of 1617 Mail Service Center. Upon further review of
the database it was indicated that'the December 2015 and April 2016 DMRs were also missing. These
reports were likely mailed to the wrong address as well. The December 2015, April 2016 and June 2016
DMRs were received on September 16, 2016, October 25, 2016 and September 16, 2016, respectively.
Base on this information and receipt of missing reports, I have withdrawn the NOV against Textron Inc.
for the cited violation and directed that the record of this violation be removed from our files.
