It is noted that the 401 and the 404 are issued to Tryon Equestrian Partners, LLC.
Please be aware that the Financial Responsibility/Ownership Form for the associated erosion/sediment control plan
identifies the owner of the property and the financially responsible party for the disturbance to be Tryon Showgrounds,
LLC.
Additionally, with the application, a deed was submitted which identified Tryon Equestrian Partners, LLC as the former
property owner who divided the property with
this portion being owned by Tryon Showgrounds, LLC.
