Hey Tiffani,
I'm reviewing a PCN for the Traditions Phase 2B, 2C and 2D project in Wake County. There is a June 2016
statement of availability letter from RS stating they had 138 stream credits available for this project from the
Pancho Stream Bank. Assuming those stream credits are still needed, is RS still able to satisfy that need?
