For Rembert Drive, after a meeting on site with the Corps we were told that we did not need a NWP for this work as they deemed that the channel at the point of the pipe outlet was not jurisdictional waters. The one I’ve had on hold since October is 5005 & 5009 Rembert Drive. I think both of these projects came in at about the same time so I was emailing the consultant regarding both of them. Do you know the status of 5005 & 5009 Rembert Drive? Thanks and sorry again. Do you still need a 401 and Buffer Authorization for this project because I’ve had it on hold since I’ve never got confirmation on what Corps’ Nationwide Permit applies? Once we obtain those we should begin construction. We are hopeful to start next month, but all is dependent upon the property owners. If you could just let me know, I’d really appreciate it. Thanks.
