Dear Mr. Butler:
The Matlab, Inc. - Plant 10 is located at 7307 Jordon Road, Ramseur,NC has been issued a
General Stormwater Discharge Permit. Under the terms of the permit,NCG030000, has initiated
stormwater sampling activities. The permit allows for a waiver of Total Toxic Organics (TTO)
sampling for facilities which incorporate a solvent management plan into their Stormwater
Pollution Prevention Plan. A solvent management plan has been prepared for this facility, and
accordingly we are hereby requesting a waiver from TTO sampling.
Please advise if additional information is needed.
