Dear Mr. Bennett:
In accordance with permit # NCG060000, Certificate of Coverage # NCG060173, see
enclosed results for Storm water discharge 001 taken on 9/1/2016. Any additional rain
that fell would have been at night, or weekends which would have made access to the
storm water sampling locations a safety hazard for plant staff. The 002 South Storm
Water containment pond remains far below discharge level. For this reasons there were
no samples collected from South storm water 002 for the month of September.
