Waters Edge Environmental, LLC (Waters Edge) is pleased to provide two copies of the Year 2-
Period 2 (January 1, 2015- June 30, 2015) 2015 forms for the semi-annual site inspections at the
Lydall facility located in Hamptonville, North Carolina (see Figures 1-2). The facility has
successfully changed from a NCGO3 General Permit to NCGO5 which is just qualitative
requirements. Also, due to planned building expansions, there have been two additional outfalls
added to the facility (Outfall 003 & 004- see Figure 2). We have updated our Stormwater
Pollution Prevention Plan which is kept on file at the facility. The Discharge Outfall Qualitative
Monitoring Report is included in Appendix A.
