Dear Mr. Bennett:
This is to notify you that no stormwater sampling was conducted at this facility for the month of
July 2014. Any measurable rain fall event during this period occurred on weekends, or at hours
during the week that made it unsafe to get samples due todarkness or extreme weather
conditions. Several rain events occurred after normal business hours, which would put the
sample out of hold time protocol for fecal coliform analysis. Qualitative monitoring and
monthly facility inspection observation log sheets were filled out and are maintained on site.
