This sampling was performed for SONA BLW by David Gardner from Pace Analytical labs. Also included in this package are the SDO Qualitative Monitoring Reports for our 2 outfalls and our SDO Monitoring Report. A Tier One investigation was performed after the last sampling results to reconcile an above the benchmark value for Zinc. As is documented in the attached sampling results, that benchmark has again been exceeded. We shall now continue to comply with the Tier Two requirements.
