Dear Joanne,
This is to let you know that East Bay Farms, LLC has asked our engineer to prepare the
documentation to respond to your letter to us dated June 23, 2008.
The materials from the engineer should be prepared during the week of July 7th.
We have also contacted the office of DCM to have the coastal wetland line determined and do not
currently have a date and time for this to be completed.
We will also copy you on any correspondence with Mickey Sugg concerning this project.
Thank you for holding our application on hold until this material can be provided to you, and let me
know if you need any further information at this time.
