Tasha & Cherri:
I assume that we're still waiting on the SHPO agreement, but the site plan had been changed to accommodate the new
subdivided lot for the relocated Teacherage. The result of this and a couple other changes, actually resulting in reducing
the stream impact from the 270 proposed to 264 feet now. They are still proposing the underground stormwater
detention vault and sand filter.

Cherri:
I wanted to provide you this quick update on the Leesville Marketplace project.
The ownership has changed since we submitted the application. New agent authorization is attached.
We met with SHPO last week and the meeting went great. Tasha provided the attached meeting minutes.
SHPO likes the proposal to relocate the house on-site. A new parcel will be subdivided from the existing the house will
essentially just be shifted to the end of the existing culdesac / dead end road of Old Leesville Road. The owners are
working with Preservation NC on the project.
SHPO is drafting an MOA for the owners to sign. This will be incorporated as a condition into any permit verifications.
We're not anticipating any issues at this point or changes to the proposed impacts. The actual site plans will however
change slightly to accommodate this new lot and relocated house. I'll forward on the revised plans once I get them.
