Immediate notification of elevated iron, chloride, and TDS concentrations and pH levels outside the 2L standard range was not made since these conditions were already known to DWR (see the attached email). Immediate notification of elevated chromium in MW -24 (CPW-4D) was not made since this condition is attributable to the Plant Process Area (PPA) of the site and was already known to DEQ. Chromium impacts associated with the PPA are being managed under an Administrative Agreement (AA) for Voluntary Assessment and Remedial Action under the Inactive Hazardous Sites Branch (IHSB) Registered Environmental Consultant (REC) Program, DEQ ID NCD057454670. 7 Is the permittee implementing previously approved actions required by the Division involving this YES NO groundwater quality problem?
