Karen as indiciated in my telephone message, I would have gotten this to you sooner but we have
been busy with clean up at our Gatlinburg house. It did survive the fire, but just barely. Please
respond with any comments etc. by late January, because we must file your comments with FERC by
the end of the month.

We tested our air blower system in September and October. It did work but not as well as
hoped. We will test again in late summer 2017.
