Re: Mallard Creek WRF — Notice of Additional Plant Sampling Due to Illegal PCB
Discharge — November, 2016
Dear Sir or Madam,
As a result of the illegal discharge of PCB's on Thursday, February 6, 2014, additional sampling was
performed for PCB's on the influent and effluent. Please see the attached spreadsheet for a summary of
these results. If you have any questions concerning this report, please contact Shannon Sypolt, Water
