NCDOT / Division 6 is requesting an acceptance letter to authorize for impacts to a project.

The site is located along Dunn Swamp in Columbus County. The project will replace Bridge 175 along SR 1504 (Princess
Ann Road). The Cataloging Unit number is 03040203. The USACE is requiring mitigation for 0.03 acre of riparian
wetland impacts at a ratio of 2 : 1 (0.06 acre riparian wetland). NCDEQ is not requiring mitigation. The State Project
number is 17BP.6.r.63. The Water Quality Classification is C;Sw.

Please cc Liz Hair (USACE) and Joanne Steenhuis (DWR) with the acceptance letter.
