I'm glad you are going to continue to work on this one. On January 9, 2016, Steve Kichefski and I received an email from
Clement Riddle with ClearWater requesting a pre -construction meeting for January 25, 26, or 27th. It was scheduled for
January 26th. We received an email from Clement on the 17th that it's also a pre -application meeting, which is the first that
any of the permitting agencies had heard of a forthcoming application.
The attached map was provided by Clement in his January 17th email, which depicts the proposed impacts.
If you cannot make it on the 26th, I'm sure that we can schedule another time with ClearWater to tour the site and hold a
pre -application meeting.

Andrew,

With its long history, Karen asked me to continue to work on the Tryon project. I don't see that I need to
participate in the pre -construction meeting that the Corps is planning, but I would like to participate in the pre -
application meeting for Phase III that we discussed. Please let me know if you guys have that scheduled yet or
need some available dates from me.
