The proposed impacts include 0.305 acres and 95 U. under 26 and 0.198 acres and 40 linear feet under NWP #.12 for a total of 0.503 acres and.5 Lf...The property is located on the south side of SR 2728 (Rand Road), approximately 2500 feet west of the intersection of SR 2728 and NC 50, south of Garner, Wake County, North Carolina (see attached site vicinity map). The proposed activity will comply with all the general conditions stated within Nationwide Permits 12, 14 & 26. The project will comply (with proposed exemptions)., to all the regulations imposed under the Neuse River Buffer rules (15A NCAC 2B .0233). \ Our firm performed the detailed wetland delineation shown on the attached map. The delineation was approved by Mr. Todd Tugwell of the US Army Corps of Engineers. The potential ; surface waters' located on the site were evaluated by Mr. John Dorney, Mr. Danny Smith and Mr. Pete Colewell of the NC Division of Water Quality for compliance with the Neuse River Buffer rules (15A NCAC 2B .0233) on several different occasions during 1998. Included are the completed PCN form, agent authorization form, site vicinity map, construction plan; and wetland delineation forms. Please call if you have questions or require further information. Nationwide Permit 12 will be used for the installation of a sanitary sewer line, Nationwide Permit 14 will be used for the installation of a required access road (includes the road bed and fill from side slopes), and Nationwide Permit 26 will be used for lot fill. All streams (intermittent and permanent) on the property must be shown on the map. Map scales should be 1 inch equals 50 feet or 1 inch equals 100 feet or their equivalent. b. If available, representative photograph of wetlands to be impacted by project. C. If delineation was performed by a consultant, include all data sheets relevant to the placement of the delineation line. d. Attach a copy of the stormwater management plan, if required. e.
