This office will be processing the project proposal under the Standard Permit procedures, as has historically been done with this activity type in this location. While the CAMA permit application normally includes all the information needed to process General and Nationwide Permits, it does not contain the necessary information to process a Standard Permit. Therefore, in order to continue processing your permit application and put it out on Public Notice, we will need you to fill out the attached ENG Form 4345. Also, we will need you to provide the names and addresses of adjoining property owners and the location and dimensions of adjacent structures as described in the ENG Form. We did receive your mitigation proposal with the submitted project narrative, but will also need a discussion on avoidance and minimization efforts. When the public comment period ends I will compile any comments received and send them to you along with my comments and request for any more information, which will include an analysis of offsite and onsite alternatives, which we will need to make a permit decision.
