We have a meeting with the property owner on the 14th (he is out of town
currently). So I will be back in touch right after that.
I do have a follow up question for you on the buffer requirement, we do
have room but part of the buffer it does include an existing sewer
easement. Is that a problem?

comments on plan from Raleigh:
--Total impacts is over 300 ft. (including the relocation of
stream) ... Corp require and IP?
--Tree species: they feel the red maple would self colonize, and the
yellow birch and striped maple (Manual of Vascular Flora of the
Carolinas) are not naturally occurring in Mecklenburg.
--Noted that the mimimum 50 ft buffer requirement may not be met. I
seem to remember there was plenty of room. It may be just on the
diagram.
--concern about the angle of the road crossing.
I haven't reviewed the plan yet... just their comments.... been on
vacation. They got to it before I did.
