Please provide a brief description of this project(attach site plan if available):
The proposed sewer outfall provides service for Thales Academy and a future Town of Apex Park and connects to the
sewer outfall currently under construction in the Villagespex development. Thales Academy construction will not
impact any other jurisdictional resources. The sewer line was originally going to be built along with the Apex Peakway,
but the school will be opening prior to that project being permitted,therefore a separate application is being made.

The site is located east of North Salem Street in Apex NC. From Raleigh take US 1 south and exit on US 64 west. Take
the downtown Apex exit after crossing Laura Duncan Road. Follow signs to Apex turning left off the ramp and left again
at the first light onto North Salem Street. The construction entrance to the site is located on the left after passing the h, he Guy
C Lee property.
