Holly Pointe
This is the project that is the final phase of a high-density subdivision in Holly Springs. TOHS grandfathered their
S/D plan from requiring a SMP. They have a road crossing in the last phase. I told them that they would need
to have a SMP approved by the Division since TOHS was not requiring or reviewing a plan. Please see the email
below, and the attached emails have site plans for your reference.

Jennifer,
After giving it some thought, I would like to run this one up the ladder to see if we can get relief from the stormwater
regulations. This project was originally approved in 2005 before Holly Springs had a stormwater program and two
previous phases were built without bmp’s. This is the last phase of the project and was not laid out to accommodate
stormwater bmp’s and coupled with the amount of topo we have it will be difficult to get a plan that works.
Please let me know what else you may need from us.
