Please find attached the November 2016 NDMR and NDARs for Permit No. WQ000336 for
Arauco Panels USA, LLC. There were exceedances of the freeboard limit for Ponds SC and SD
during this reporting period.
The 3rd Triannual Groundwater Quality Monitoring Compliance Reports (GW -59 and GW -59A)
are also attached for each Groundwater Monitoring Well listed in Permit No. WQ 0003396, as
well as the nearest Surface Water (Creek) down gradient to the Spray Irrigation fields. Please
see the Compliance Report Form (GW -59A) for an explanation of the historical exceedances of
pH, chlorides, TOC, and TDS in the wells.
