The area has become shallow and needs to be dredge in order to allow the safe passage of emergency ferries in and out of the channel and basin. I have attached the most recent survey of the area. Our permit Action ID No. SAW-2006-41252 expires on December 31, 2016 at this time we would like to move forward with renewal.
