We have tentatively scheduled to do the stream bank stabilization and repair work at TC Roberson
Stream Mitigation site on July 8, 2008. We may arrange for the contractor to drop off the backhoe on
Monday July 7 and leave it in the field next to Stream B. There will be three staff from FWA and two
staff from Backwoods Landscapes and Excavation on site during the repair work. Weather permitting,
the repair work with the backhoe should be complete within the same day, along with the matting and
live stake work. The school system will then install a permanent fence system (cables and posts) to
delineate the buffer boundaries. Replanting of trees and shrubs in the disturbed buffer will be
scheduled for late fall (Nov-Dec) of this year to ensure survival of the new plants.
Rain date for the work - possibly July 10 or 11 of the same week.
