On November 28, 2016, the subject project was received by the Division of Water
Resources (DWR) for review. Several issues were discussed/requested via email and DWR is
still waiting on a stormwater management plan. In addition, the Army Corps of Engineers has
withdrawn the project for various issues. In light of this new development, we are also
withdrawing this project from consideration for a Water Quality Certification. Once all the
needed/required information is compiled, you may re -apply at a later date.
